Create a streamed object using the specified object id (if valid)
In the game
Usage: /createstreamobject <ObjectID> [Optional:Distance]
Creates the specified streamed object, distance specifies how many metres in front of you the object will
be placed. If you don't specify a distance then the default value of 10m will be used.
eg /createstreamobject 1655 10 <- create a ramp 10m in front of you.
The shortcut for this command is: /cso
