How to make a GamerX.mp account through Discord and log in with a One Day Password.
GamerX.mp has no passwords. Every account belongs to exactly one Discord account, and you control it from Discord: register, get a login code, and change your login settings there.
Making an account
When you connect with a name that isn't registered, the server tells you what to do:
- Join our Discord: GamerX.mp/discord
- Press Register in #register and enter your exact in-game name.
- Press Get ODP in #odp and reconnect.
Logging in
When you connect with a registered name, you are logged in one of two ways:

| ODP (One Day Password) | A "GamerX.mp Login" box asks for your One Day Password. Get one from the Get ODP button in #odp on Discord and type it in. |
| Auto-IP | If you switched on auto-IP login on Discord and you connect from an IP you have used before, you are logged in straight away. |
Good to know:
- An ODP works once. After a correct ODP, that IP is remembered as yours.
- Too many wrong tries cancel the ODP; just get a new one from Discord.
- When it works you see: "ODP Login Successful... Welcome Back to GamerX.mp, Name!"
- You must be logged in to chat.
Party tags in your name
Party tags are not part of your name. If you join as Jackie[X], you log in as Jackie, and the party system gives you your tag back if you are in that party. See parties.
Changing your name
A registered player can change their name with /cn. Everything you own (GXT, objects, sets, parties...) is kept by your account, so it all comes with you.

First steps after you spawn
