Explode the specified player (using the settings they chose with the /se command)

Usage: /explodeplayer <PlayerID/Name>
Creates an explosion at the specified players current location.
Uses your current /setexplosion (/se) settings.
Note: the player is NOT told they have been exploded by an admin.
