What it does

Meant to lock or unlock your Player World against visitors ("Your player world is now LOCKED." / "UNLOCKED.").

Today it doesn't stay locked: it locks and unlocks in the same go, so your world always ends unlocked. This is listed under Known problems for the SandboX rework.
