Give a parachute to all players within a specified radius

Usage: /pararadius <RadiusInMetres>
Usage: /customgiveall <ItemToGive>
Gives a parachute to all players (including admins) within the radius you specify.
The radius value can be between 3 and 500 metres.
The shortcut for this command is: /par
Allows you to give all players the specified item.
Displays "Admin YourNameHere (ID:xx) gave everyone <ItemToGive>"
Note: it is up to you to use "a" or "an" in front of your item to give text.
The shortcut for this command is: /cga
