Set the specified player's car health
In the game
Usage: /setcarhealth <PlayerID/Name> <VehicleHealthValue>
This command allows you to set the vehicle health for the specified players vehicle.
If the target player is not currently in a vehicle you will be notified.
When you use this command on a target player they are not notified.
To fully repair a players car use a value of 1000.
The shortcut for this command is: /sch or /svh
