Usage: /startchase <CrookPlayerID/CrookPlayerName> <EscapeTimeToWin> <TimeBeforeCopsGetUnfreezed>
Usage: /loadchase <CrookVehicleModelID> <CopVehicleModelID>
EscapeTimeToWin: 10 to 3600 seconds (300 when not given), TimeBeforeCopsGetUnfreezed: 0 to 60 seconds (10).
Loads the chase at your location (vehicle model IDs 400 to 611; Elegy and Infernus when not given).
