Toggle Derby settings (eg autofix, NOS and speed boost)

Usage: /tds [autofix or modes] (now: auto-fix ..., modes ...)
Usage: /togglederbystuff <Autofix (1 or 0)>\t<NOS (1 or 0)> <InstantStop (1 or 0)> <SSBValue>
This command allows you to set vehicle options during a Derby, Sumo or BloodRing Events.
The shortcut for this command is: /tds
